At Muyu New York, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn't perfectly match your size or style, we're here to help.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging intact. Enjoy FREE RETURN SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email your return request along with your order number to info@muyunewyork.com. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
  2. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  3. Securely package your item in its original or equivalent packaging and attach the provided label.
  4. Drop off your package at your nearest UPS location or schedule a pickup if available.

Refund Process: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
